Established Position

Romans 5:1-5(NKJV)
5 Therefore, having been justified by faith, [a]we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,
2 through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
 3 And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces [b]perseverance;
4 and perseverance, [c]character; and character, hope.
5 Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

4 traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,
5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!

Philippians 2:3-5(AMPC)

Instead, in the true spirit of humility (lowliness of mind) let each regard the others as better than and superior to himself [thinking more highly of one another than you do of yourselves].
4 Let each of you esteem and look upon and be concerned for not [merely] his own interests, but also each for the interests of others.
5 Let this same attitude and purpose and [humble] mind be in you which was in Christ Jesus: [Let Him be your example in humility:

Philippians 2:3(TPT)

Be free from pride-filled opinions, for they will only harm your cherished unity. Don’t allow self-promotion to hide in your hearts, but in authentic humility put others first and view others as more important than yourselves.

Philippians 2:4(TPT)

Abandon every display of selfishness. Possess a greater concern for what matters to others instead of your own interests.

Philippians 2:5(TPT)

And consider the example that Jesus, the Anointed One, has set before us. Let his mindset become your motivation.

Gal 5:13(NKJV)

For all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—is not of the Father but is of the world.
